UK Regulation: Our core partners are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 (FRN: 900199), covering both payment services and the issuing of electronic money.
US Regulation: Our payment providers are registered with FinCEN and authorised to offer domestic and international money transmission services in all 50 states.
European & Global Compliance: Licences are maintained for operations across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance for clients based abroad.
Through their electronic money licences, our providers also enable us to hold client funds securely before and after currency conversion. This facility is provided at no extra cost and ensures that your funds remain protected in safeguarded, tier-one bank accounts — ready for onward settlement at your instruction.
